• Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, intimate apparel, and perishable goods, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
• Timeframe for Returns:
• You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we may not be able to accept the return.
• Return Process:

• Please securely package the item and include all original accessories, tags, and documents. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund.
• Refund Options:
• Upon approval of the return, we offer two refund options: a) Refund to the original payment method: The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take  3-9 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. b.) Store credit: If you prefer, we can issue a store credit for the refund amount, which can be used towards future purchases on our website.
• Return Shipping:
• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team for further instructions.
• If the return is not due to our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Exchanges:
• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
